This is a notice regarding our Golden Week holidays.
Please note that our offices will be closed on the following dates:
May 3, 2024 (Friday) - May 8, 2024 (Wednesday)
During the holiday period, responses to product shipments and inquiries will be handled from May 9 (Thursday) onwards.
Regarding orders: You can still purchase products from our EC site and Rakuten store. Orders placed by April 30 (Tuesday) will be the last to be shipped before the holidays; orders placed after this date will be shipped after the holidays.
*Stock status varies by product. Please check each product page.
*If the maximum number of same-day shipments is exceeded, shipping will be from May 10 (Friday) onwards.
*If we receive a large number of orders or inquiries, our response may be delayed beyond the usual timeframe.
