This is an announcement regarding our summer holiday.
Please note that we will be closed on the dates below.
August 13 (Wed), 2025 – August 17 (Sun), 2025
During the holiday period, product shipments and responses to inquiries will be handled from August 18 (Mon) onwards.
Regarding orders:
・If purchasing from a retailer, business hours may vary by store. Please inquire with your preferred retailer in advance.
・Purchases can be made from our EC site and Rakuten store. Orders placed by Tuesday, August 12, in the morning will be the last to be shipped before the holiday; subsequent orders will be shipped after the holiday.
※Stock status varies by product. Please check each product page.
※If the number of same-day shipments exceeds the limit, shipments will be made from Monday, August 18, onwards.
※If we receive a large number of orders or inquiries, our response may be delayed more than usual.
