A light vehicle tax declaration (report) and license plate issuance application (license plate registration) are required.

⚫︎About the characteristics of 4-wheeled vehicles
1. 4-wheeled vehicles have different driving characteristics from 2-wheeled vehicles. When driving a 4-wheeled vehicle, please practice sufficiently on flat roads before using it on public roads.
2. There is a risk of the entire vehicle tilting, losing balance, and overturning depending on road conditions such as curves, slopes, and obstacles. When driving on curves or rough roads, always maintain a low speed, and dismount the vehicle and ensure safety on sloped or uneven roads that appear dangerous.

⚫︎Helmet Use (Recommended)
This product is treated as a specific small motorized bicycle. Helmet use is a recommended effort, but we recommend wearing a helmet to protect your head in the event of an accident.

⚫︎Cannot operate when battery is dead
If the lights turn off due to a dead battery, the vehicle cannot be operated.
When the battery is dead, the vehicle cannot meet the standards for a specific small motorized bicycle (headlights on, turn signals blinking when turning left or right), so it cannot be operated.

⚫︎Do not drive dangerously
Do not engage in dangerous driving, such as driving under the influence of alcohol or operating a smartphone. Also, lending or reselling to anyone under 16 years old is prohibited.

⚫︎Notes when traveling with pets
This vehicle does not fully guarantee the safety of pets.
Before use, please carefully read the precautions described in the instruction manual and use the product correctly.
The user is responsible for any accidents, health problems, falls, etc., during use.

⚫︎In the event of an accident
Ensure safety, prioritize providing aid to the injured, and always report to a police officer.

⚫︎Please also refrain from any other acts that violate road traffic laws.

●Consumables such as tires and brake pads
To ensure long-term use of our product's consumables, we sell consumables and other maintenance parts at our store.

*Regarding waterproofing
This product is not completely waterproof. Please refrain from parking or driving in the rain. When parking or storing outdoors, please use a motorcycle cover or similar to store it in a place where it will not be exposed to rainwater. Malfunctions may occur if internal electrical circuits get wet due to rain or intentionally sprayed water, or if roads are flooded.

●Regarding assembly
Due to shipping, some assembly is required. After the product arrives, please assemble it using the included tools. Those who wish to install rearview mirrors will need to perform a separate simple installation. Please refer to the instruction manual for details.

●Regarding product warranty
Once the product arrives, please perform an operation check immediately. For defects within 7 days of delivery, after confirming the symptoms, we will replace parts or the entire vehicle as initial defects, and you will be responsible for additional shipping costs. Minor scratches incurred during the manufacturing process or inspection, and superficial scratches during shipping are not covered by the initial defect warranty.
If there are product defects such as damage or scratches, please contact us via our official LINE account within 7 days of delivery. We will contact you promptly after confirming the details of your message. Please refer to the instruction manual (regarding repairs) for details.

●Warranty period: 1 year from the date of purchase (or 3,000km)
*If this product is used normally within the warranty period, we will repair or replace parts for one year (or 3,000km) according to the warranty regulations.
*We will cover the cost of parts, but you will be responsible for shipping costs for parts and any additional labor costs.
*Even within one year, if the mileage exceeds 3,000km, it will be outside the scope of warranty regardless of the period.
*Consumable parts such as tires, valves, and brakes are not covered by the warranty.
*Service items such as simple tools are not covered by the warranty.
*Disassembly and modification are not covered by the warranty.

●Warranty scope
If this product is used under normal conditions within the warranty period, we will provide repair or replacement for one year in accordance with the warranty terms.
*We will cover the cost of parts, but labor and shipping costs will be borne by the customer.
The following items may be excluded from the warranty:
1. If there is no product warranty card (instruction manual). Also, if the product is owned through a used car sale or private sale.
2. Damage caused by accidents such as dropping during transportation or improper handling.
3. Malfunctions caused by connecting other products, or connecting devices or cables that have not been checked for operation.
4. Malfunctions and replacement of consumables caused by inappropriate usage environments or storage conditions.
5. Defects, malfunctions, or damage to parts caused by prolonged driving on unpaved roads such as gravel or dirt roads.
6. Malfunctions caused by aging deterioration (peeling of painted surfaces, rust on plated parts, etc.).
7. Phenomena that do not affect driving and are dependent on the usage environment, usage conditions, and storage conditions (noise, vibration, decrease in battery capacity).
8. Malfunctions or damage caused by disassembly, repair, or modification of the product.
9. Compensation for natural disasters such as earthquakes, eruptions, tsunamis, or wars.

●We cannot bear the following costs:
1. Labor costs incurred for repairing warranty-covered parts.
2. Costs for inspection and maintenance associated with mandatory periodic inspections.
3. Losses and costs incurred due to the inability to use this product.
4. Costs and warranties other than those specified in this warranty document.

●Matters to be observed by customers, disclaimers
1. To ensure normal use of the product, always perform daily inspections of the product. Failures and repairs caused by neglecting inspections are not covered by the warranty, so please be sure to perform them.
2. Always perform inspections and maintenance as required by law. If you cannot perform inspections yourself, please consult a nearby motorcycle dealer, sales agent, or our company.
3. Product failures due to product lifespan, aging deterioration, prolonged continuous operation, exterior color, and screen burn-in (screen unevenness) on the monitor are not covered by the warranty.

●Regarding repairs
1. We do not provide on-site repairs. Even if covered by warranty, we cannot bear the shipping costs for sending the product.
2. If we perform repairs and costs are incurred, the product will be returned after we confirm payment for the repair costs.
