Privacy Policy
Article 1 (Personal Information)
"Personal information" refers to "personal information" as defined in the Personal Information Protection Law, which means information about a living individual that can identify a specific individual by name, date of birth, address, telephone number, contact information, and other descriptions included in that information, as well as data related to facial features, fingerprints, voiceprints, and information that can identify a specific individual from that information alone, such as the insurer number on a health insurance card (personal identification information).
Article 2 (Method of Collecting Personal Information)

Article 4 (Changes to Purpose of Use)

Article 5 (Provision of Personal Information to Third Parties)
Except in the following cases, we will not provide personal information to a third party without the prior consent of the user. However, this excludes cases permitted by the Personal Information Protection Law or other laws and regulations.
・When it is necessary to protect the life, body, or property of a person and it is difficult to obtain the consent of the individual.
・When it is particularly necessary to improve public health or promote the sound upbringing of children and it is difficult to obtain the consent of the individual.
・When it is necessary to cooperate with a national agency, local government, or a person entrusted by them in carrying out affairs prescribed by law, and obtaining the consent of the individual may hinder the execution of such affairs.
・When we have announced or publicly disclosed the following matters in advance and have notified the Personal Information Protection Commission:

・Stopping the provision of personal information to a third party at the request of the individual.
・Method of accepting requests from the individual.
Notwithstanding the preceding paragraph, in the following cases, the recipient of the information shall not be considered a third party:
・When we outsource all or part of the handling of personal information to the extent necessary to achieve the purpose of use.
・When personal information is provided in connection with a business succession due to merger or other reasons.
・When personal information is jointly used with a specific person, and the individual has been notified in advance, or the individual can easily know, the fact, the items of personal information to be jointly used, the scope of joint users, the purpose of use by the users, and the name of the person responsible for the management of such personal information.
Article 6 (Disclosure of Personal Information)
When an individual requests disclosure of personal information, we will disclose it to the individual without delay. However, we may choose not to disclose all or part of it if disclosure would fall under any of the following, and if a decision not to disclose is made, we will notify the individual without delay. A fee of 1,000 yen will be charged per request for disclosure of personal information.
・When there is a risk of harming the life, body, property, or other rights or interests of the individual or a third party.
・When there is a risk of significantly hindering the proper execution of our business.
・When it would otherwise violate laws and regulations.
Notwithstanding the preceding paragraph, we will not, in principle, disclose information other than personal information, such as history information and characteristic information.
Article 7 (Correction and Deletion of Personal Information)
If a user believes that the personal information we hold is incorrect, the user may request correction, addition, or deletion (hereinafter referred to as "correction, etc.") of the personal information to us in accordance with the procedures we prescribe.
If we determine that it is necessary to respond to a user's request as described in the preceding paragraph, we will correct, etc., the personal information without delay.
If we have made corrections, etc., based on the provisions of the preceding paragraph, or if we have decided not to make corrections, etc., we will notify the user of this without delay.
Article 8 (Suspension of Use of Personal Information, etc.)
If an individual requests the suspension of use or deletion (hereinafter referred to as "suspension of use, etc.") of personal information on the grounds that the personal information is handled beyond the scope of the purpose of use, or that it was acquired by wrongful means, we will conduct the necessary investigation without delay.
If, based on the results of the investigation in the preceding paragraph, we determine that it is necessary to respond to the request, we will suspend the use, etc., of the personal information without delay.
If we have suspended the use, etc., based on the provisions of the preceding paragraph, or if we have decided not to suspend the use, etc., we will notify the user of this without delay.
Notwithstanding the preceding two paragraphs, if the suspension of use, etc., would incur significant costs or if it is otherwise difficult to suspend the use, etc., and if alternative measures can be taken to protect the user's rights and interests, we will take such alternative measures.
Article 9 (Changes to Privacy Policy)
The content of this policy may be changed without notice to users, except for matters otherwise stipulated in laws and regulations or this policy.
Unless otherwise specified by us, the revised privacy policy shall take effect from the time it is posted on this website.
