"Easy" is a vehicle that has received notification of conformity from "JATA," a certification body designated by the Ministry of Land, Infrastructure, Transport and Tourism.

●About Assembly
Due to shipping constraints, the license plate bracket and saddle will be delivered detached. After the product arrives, please attach the license plate bracket according to the assembly instructions. Also, only those who wish to use the rearview mirrors will need to perform a simple installation. Please refer to the instruction manual for details.

[Notes for Safe Use]
This product is a "special moped" as defined by the revised Road Traffic Act, which came into effect on July 1, 2023. Drivers of special mopeds must endeavor to wear a helmet and must comply with traffic rules. Please watch the two videos published by the National Police Agency and purchase after understanding the traffic rules.

⚫︎Mandatory License Plate Registration
A light vehicle tax declaration (report) and license plate issuance application (license plate registration) are required.

⚫︎Mandatory Compulsory Automobile Liability Insurance
Compulsory automobile liability insurance is required.
Please apply at dealerships, convenience stores, insurance agents, insurance company offices, post offices, etc.
*Some stores may not accept applications. Please check in advance.

⚫︎Helmet Wearing (Effort Obligation)
This product is treated as a special moped. While wearing a helmet is an effort obligation, we recommend wearing a helmet to protect your head in the event of an accident.

⚫︎Cannot Drive When Battery is Dead
If the lights turn off due to a dead battery, you cannot drive.
When the battery is dead, the vehicle cannot meet the standards for special mopeds (headlights on, turn signals blinking when turning), so you cannot drive when the battery is dead.

⚫︎Do Not Drive Dangerously
Do not engage in dangerous driving, such as drunk driving or operating a smartphone while driving. Also, subleasing or reselling to those under 16 years of age is prohibited.

⚫︎In the Event of an Accident
Ensure safety, prioritize aid for the injured, and always report to the police.

⚫︎We also ask that you refrain from any other acts that violate the Road Traffic Act.

We also have insurance (including PL insurance) for business activities in case of emergencies.

●Consumables such as Tires and Brake Pads
To ensure long-term use of the product's consumables, we sell consumables and other maintenance parts at our store.

*About Waterproofing
This product is not fully waterproof. Please refrain from parking or driving in the rain. When parking or storing outdoors, please use a commercially available motorcycle cover or similar to keep it out of direct rain. The internal electrical circuits may malfunction if they get wet from rain or intentional splashing, or if the road is flooded.

●About Product Warranty
Once the product arrives, please check its operation immediately. For defects within 7 days of delivery, after confirming the symptoms, we will replace parts or the entire vehicle as an initial defect, and you will be responsible for separate shipping costs. Minor scratches from the manufacturing process or inspection, and superficial scratches during transportation are not covered as initial defects.
If there are product defects such as damage or scratches, please contact us via our official LINE account within 7 days of delivery. We will contact you promptly after confirming the details of your message. Please refer to the instruction manual (Regarding Repairs) for details.

●Warranty Period: 1 year from the date of purchase (or 3,000 km)
*If this product is used under normal conditions within the warranty period, we will repair or replace parts for 1 year (or 3,000 km) according to the warranty regulations.
*We will cover the cost of parts, but you will be responsible for shipping costs of parts and any additional labor costs.
*Even within 1 year, if the mileage exceeds 3,000 km, it will be out of warranty regardless of the period.
*Consumable parts such as tires, valves, and brakes are not covered by the warranty.
*Service items such as simple tools are not covered by the warranty.
*Disassembly and modification are not covered by the warranty.

●Warranty Coverage
If this product is used under normal conditions within the warranty period, we will repair or replace it for one year according to the warranty regulations.
*We will cover the cost of parts, but labor and shipping costs will be borne by the customer.
The following items may be excluded from warranty coverage:
1. If there is no product warranty card (instruction manual). Also, if the product is owned through secondhand sales or private sales.
2. Damages caused by accidents such as dropping during transportation or improper handling.
3. Malfunctions caused by connecting other products, or connecting devices or cables that have not been checked for operation.
4. Malfunctions and replacement of consumables caused by inappropriate usage environments or storage conditions.
5. Defects, malfunctions, or damage to parts caused by long-term driving on unpaved roads such as gravel or dirt roads.
6. Defects caused by deterioration over time (peeling paint, rust on plated parts, etc.).
7. Phenomena that do not affect driving, and are dependent on usage environment, usage conditions, and storage conditions (noise, vibration, decrease in battery capacity).
8. Malfunctions or damages caused by disassembly, repair, or modification of the product.
9. Damages or compensation due to natural disasters such as earthquakes, eruptions, or tsunamis, or wars.

●We cannot bear the following costs:
1. Labor costs for repairing warranty-covered parts.
2. Costs for inspection and maintenance associated with periodic inspections stipulated by law.
3. Losses and expenses incurred due to the inability to use this product.
4. Costs and warranties other than those specified in this warranty.

●Matters to be Observed by Customers, Disclaimers
1. To use the product normally, please always perform daily inspections of the product. Failures and repairs caused by neglecting inspections are not covered by the warranty, so please be sure to perform them.
2. Please be sure to perform inspections and maintenance as stipulated by law. If you cannot perform inspections yourself, please consult a nearby motorcycle dealer, sales agent, or our company.
3. Product failures due to product life, aging, continuous long-term operation, changes in exterior color, or screen burn-in (uneven screen) are not covered by the warranty.

●About Repairs
1. We do not offer on-site repairs. Even if covered by warranty, we cannot bear the shipping costs for the product.
2. If we perform repairs and costs are incurred, the product will be returned after confirmation of payment for the repair costs to our company.
