This is a notice regarding our Golden Week holiday.
Please note that we will be closed on the following dates:
May 3, 2024 (Sat) - May 6, 2024 (Tue)
During the holiday period, product shipments and responses to inquiries will be handled from May 7 (Wed) onwards.
Regarding orders:
・For purchases made at retailers, business hours may vary depending on each store. Please contact your preferred retailer in advance.
・Products can be purchased from our EC site and Rakuten store. Orders placed by the morning of May 1 (Thu) will be the final shipment before the holiday, and subsequent orders will be shipped after the holiday.
※Stock status varies by product. Please check each product page.
※If the number of same-day shipments exceeds the limit, shipments will be made from May 8 (Thu) onwards.
※If we receive a large number of orders or inquiries, our response may be delayed more than usual.
