New Year's Holiday Closure Notice
This is an announcement regarding our New Year's holiday closure.
Please note that we will be closed on the following dates:
December 28, 2024 (Saturday) - January 5, 2025 (Sunday)
During the holiday period, product shipments and responses to inquiries will be handled from January 6 (Monday) onwards.
Regarding orders: Products can be purchased on our EC site and Rakuten Ichiba store. Orders placed by Thursday, December 26, will be the last to be shipped before the holiday; orders placed thereafter will be shipped after the holidays.
*Stock availability varies by product. Please check each product page.
*If the number of orders for same-day shipping exceeds our capacity, shipments will be made from Tuesday, January 7.
*Please note that there may be delays in our response if we receive a large volume of orders or inquiries.
