This is a notice regarding our Golden Week holidays.
Please note that our offices will be closed on the following dates:
May 2 (Saturday), 2026 – May 6 (Wednesday), 2026
During the holiday period, product shipments and responses to inquiries will resume from May 7 (Thursday).
Regarding orders:
・If purchasing from a retailer, business hours may vary by store. Please contact your preferred retailer in advance.
・Products can be purchased through our EC site and Rakuten store. Orders placed by April 30 (Thursday) will be shipped before the holiday; orders placed thereafter will be shipped after the holiday.
※Stock status varies by product. Please check each product page.
※If the number of orders for same-day shipping exceeds the limit, shipments will be made on or after May 8 (Friday).
※If we receive a large number of orders or inquiries, our response may be delayed more than usual.
