This is an announcement regarding our summer holidays.
Please note that our offices will be closed on the following dates:
August 12 (Mon) to August 16 (Fri), 2024
During the holiday period, product shipments and responses to inquiries will be processed after August 17 (Sat).
Regarding orders: You can still purchase products on our EC site and Rakuten store. Orders placed by August 8 (Thu) will be shipped before the holidays; orders placed after this date will be shipped after the holidays.
※Stock status varies by product. Please check each product page.
※If the number of same-day shipments exceeds the limit, shipping will be after August 17 (Sat).
※If we receive a large number of orders or inquiries, our response time may be slower than usual.
