We have recently discovered an inaccuracy in the labeling of the chargers included with some of our sold products.
Please note that this issue pertains only to the charger's label and has no effect whatsoever on the performance, function, or safety of the vehicle (motorcycle) itself.
Furthermore, there are no changes to the safety or function of the charger itself, and it can continue to be used with peace of mind.
Details of the Labeling Inaccuracy
On the charger unit, below the PSE mark, the charger's model number or model name was incorrectly listed in the space where the registered business name, "Ryusho Co., Ltd.," should have been.
Product Safety
This issue is a labeling inaccuracy, and the charger's design and specifications meet the safety standards based on the Electrical Appliances and Materials Safety Act.
There are no problems with the product's safety or function, so you can continue to use the charger you currently have with peace of mind.
Chargers included with products currently being sold have been updated with the corrected labeling.
For chargers included with products already sold, upon customer request, we will provide a complimentary sticker with the corrected labeling.
