This is an announcement regarding our Golden Week holidays.
Please note that we will be closed on the following dates:
May 3, 2024 (Friday) - May 8, 2024 (Wednesday)
During the holiday period, product shipments and responses to inquiries will resume on or after May 9 (Thursday).
Regarding orders: You can still purchase products on our e-commerce site and Rakuten Ichiba store. Orders placed by April 30 (Tuesday) will be shipped before the holiday; orders placed thereafter will be shipped after the holiday.
*Stock status varies by product. Please check each product page.
*If the number of orders for same-day shipping exceeds the limit, shipping will be on or after May 10 (Friday).
*Due to a large volume of orders and inquiries, our response may be slower than usual.
