Event Participation
Our sales department participates in various events, mainly in the Tokai region, for test ride activities. We also visit retailers nationwide and corporations interested in introducing our products, working to spread Sun Emperor across the country.
No Overtime, in Principle
Work usually finishes by 7 PM, with almost no overtime. We often clean up together before leaving. This environment allows for a good balance between work and family life, as private time is well secured.
Collaborative Work
On busy days or when there's a large shipment, all staff members sometimes work together. A culture of mutual help, regardless of department, is deeply rooted, naturally fostering teamwork.
Product Development from Everyone's Ideas
Staff insights can lead to new product creation. There's a culture of actively incorporating good ideas, regardless of position or experience.
No Dress Code
Dress code and hairstyles are generally free. Just be mindful of basic cleanliness. Staff are provided with original company apparel.
Good Relationships Outside of Work
A charming aspect is the natural connection we share not just at work, but also in our private lives. On days off, employees sometimes spend time together, even with their families.
