License plates can be obtained at your local municipal office.

◆If repairs are needed, please identify the repair or faulty areas and either register "CHANSON JAPAN" on "LINE" as described in the instruction manual, or contact us by phone or email. Our staff will confirm the situation and address the repair content or parts replacement.
◆Even if you are not riding the lithium-ion battery, please charge it and ensure that the battery level does not drop to zero. Leaving it at zero can damage the battery.
