⚫︎Helmet Wearing (Recommended)
This product is classified as a specified small motorized bicycle. While wearing a helmet is a recommended effort, we encourage you to wear one to protect your head in case of an accident.

⚫︎No Riding When Battery is Dead
If the lights turn off due to a dead battery, you cannot ride.
When the battery is dead, the specified small motorized bicycle does not meet the standards (headlights on, turn signals flashing when turning left or right), so you cannot ride.

⚫︎Do Not Drive Dangerously
Do not drive dangerously, such as driving under the influence of alcohol or operating a smartphone. Lending or reselling to individuals under 16 years of age is also prohibited.

⚫︎In Case of an Accident
Secure safety, prioritize rescuing the injured, and always report to the police.

⚫︎Please also refrain from any other acts that violate road traffic laws.

●Thorough quality control. PL insurance included.
PSE mark acquisition, which is mandatory for notification.
In addition, we are enrolled in business activity insurance (including PL insurance) for unforeseen circumstances.

●Consumables such as tires and brake pads
To ensure long-term use of consumables for our products, we sell consumables and other maintenance parts at our store.

※Regarding waterproofing
This product is not completely waterproof. Please refrain from parking or riding in the rain. When parking or storing outdoors, please use a commercially available motorcycle cover or similar to keep it out of direct rain. If internal electrical circuits get wet due to rain or intentionally spraying water, or if the road is flooded, it may cause a malfunction.

●Regarding Assembly
No special assembly is required. For shipping reasons, the saddle will be delivered detached. After the product arrives, simply raise the handlebars and attach the saddle to complete assembly. Only those who wish to attach rearview mirrors will need to perform a simple installation. Please refer to the instruction manual for details.

●Product Warranty
・Upon receiving the product, please perform an immediate operational check. For defects within 7 days of delivery, after confirming the symptoms, we will replace parts or the vehicle body as an initial defect, and we will bear the separate shipping costs. Minor scratches from the manufacturing or inspection process, or superficial damage during transportation, are not covered as initial defects.
If there are product defects such as damage or scratches, please contact our official LINE within 7 days of delivery. We will contact you promptly upon confirming the details of your message. Please refer to the instruction manual (Regarding Repairs) for details.

●Warranty Period: 1 year from the date of purchase (or 3,000 km)
※If this product is in normal use within the warranty period, we will repair or replace parts for 1 year (or 3,000 km) according to the warranty regulations.
※We will cover the cost of parts, but you will be responsible for shipping costs of parts and any separate labor charges.
※Even within one year, if the mileage exceeds 3,000 km, it will be out of warranty regardless of the period.
※Consumables such as tires, valves, and brakes are not covered by the warranty.
※Service items such as simple tools are not covered by the warranty.
※Disassembly and modification are not covered by the warranty.

●Warranty Coverage
If this product is in normal use within the warranty period, we will repair or replace it for 1 year according to the warranty regulations.
※We will bear the cost of parts, but labor and shipping costs will be borne by the customer.
The following items may not be covered by the warranty:
1. If there is no product warranty card (instruction manual). Also, if the product is owned through a used car sale or private sale.
2. Damage caused by improper handling, such as dropping during transport or accidents resulting from improper handling.
3. Malfunctions caused by connecting other products, or malfunctions caused by connecting devices or cables that have not been operationally verified.
4. Malfunctions or replacement of consumables caused by inappropriate usage environments or storage conditions.
5. Defects, malfunctions, or damage to parts caused by prolonged riding on unpaved roads such as gravel or gravel paths.
6. Malfunctions caused by age-related deterioration (peeling paint, rust on plated parts, etc.).
7. Phenomena that do not pose a problem for riding but are influenced by the usage environment, usage conditions, and storage conditions (noise, vibration, decrease in battery capacity).
8. Malfunctions or damage caused by disassembly, repair, or modification of the product.
9. Compensation or indemnity for natural disasters such as earthquakes, eruptions, tsunamis, or wars.

●We cannot bear the following costs:
1. Labor costs incurred for repairing warranty-covered parts.
2. Costs for inspection and maintenance accompanying statutory periodic inspections.
3. Losses or costs incurred due to the inability to use this product.
4. Costs or warranties other than those specified in this warranty certificate.

●Matters to be observed by customers, and disclaimers:
1. To use the product normally, always perform daily inspections of the product. Malfunctions or repairs caused by neglecting inspections are not covered by the warranty, so please always perform them.
2. Always perform inspections and maintenance as stipulated by law. If you cannot perform inspections yourself, please consult a nearby motorcycle dealer, sales agent, or our company.
3. Product life, age-related deterioration, product failure due to long continuous operation, color of the exterior, screen burn-in (screen unevenness) on the monitor are not covered by the warranty.

●Regarding Repairs
1. We do not offer on-site repairs. Even if covered by warranty, we cannot bear the shipping costs for sending the product.
2. If repairs are carried out by our company and costs are incurred, the product will be returned only after we confirm payment of the repair costs to our company.
